I've been popping grapes lately when I really want something sweet!Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10030025985802181092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6713892669937034612.post-54233879565862519492012-04-21T02:07:42.411-04:002012-04-21T02:07:42.411-04:00I love me some yogurt! I also use it as a sour cream alternative in many recipes.

One of my biggest changes I have done in my life is cut back on salt in my cooking and to cut out cream based dressings- finding an oil based one is so much better for me- I love a Raspberry Walnut one (I can't remember the brand- maybe Ken's?)

You've inspired me to put some more eggs into my life- they are inexpensive and a healthy source of protein!Brittney Gallowayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09941445411629848198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6713892669937034612.post-20355254231525925782012-04-20T20:07:35.900-04:002012-04-20T20:07:35.900-04:00I love the cocoa almonds! I really...I'm addicted to those cocoa almonds! I really enjoy vanilla coconut milk, banana, and vanilla protein powder smoothies. I love Trader Joe's gluten free oatmeal and adding cinnamon and frozen blueberries. Spicy hummus and veggies are also good when I'm in the mood for something crunchy. I also mix gluten free flour, egg whites, and unsweetened applesauce for a microwave muffin that I top with whatever fruit I have on hand. For my snack today I microwaved broccoli and topped it with vegetable marinara sauce. Keep posting your healthy eats! I love looking for inspiration and new ideas!~M~https://www.blogger.com/profile/16730532396065966345noreply@blogger.com
