Lindsey and I have known each other since we were in diapers. Even though we only saw each other a few times a year growing up, we still kind of grew up alongside one another. We're the kind of kindred spirits who just pick up right where we left off every time we see each other. He we are sometime in the late 80s:
And here we are on Saturday, all grown up!
I was honored to stand up with Lindsey on Saturday as a bridesmaid! (one of twelve! That tells you a little bit about Lindsey and how friendly and relational she is).
Lindsey is one of the most crafty and creative people I know. I knew the wedding and reception would be fabulous, but when I got there, I was absolutely blown away! It was adorable. If I had to describe the wedding in two words, I was say: country & eclectic. No two things were the same: from the napkins, to the mason jars, to the bridemaids dresses. But it all came together and worked so perfectly, and totally displayed Lindsey's personality. I'll let the pictures do the talking!
We made our own bouquets:
Just wanted to get a picture of my hair. Normally my sister does it when I'm in a wedding, but this time I did it myself. I was surprised I pulled it off!
Magical way to end the night!
It was a fun whirlwind of a weekend, and I'm so excited for Lindsey and Richard!
Looks like a sweet wedding~
