Baby Story

Our baby story actually began in the summer of 2010, when Luke and I decided we were ready to add to our family.  Unfortunately, it was not as easy as we were hoping.  Due to my hormonal problems, Luke and I spent almost 2-and-a-half years in a period of waiting.  The following posts sum up our infertility story:

We're Pregnant!

On November 10, 2012, our whole lives changed when I took a pregnancy test, and for once, it was positive!  What a surprise!

Milestones:

On March 1, we had our anatomy scan, and found out that our little peanut is a girl!!: I blogged about it here: Pink or Blue?  It's A...

On June 1, We had Baby Shower #1


And on June 15, Baby Shower #2

We set up a girly nursery:  Scarlett's Nursery

On June 24, at 36 weeks, Scarlett was measuring small, so we got another ultrasound, and I was put on: Bed Rest

2 weeks later, things weren't looking any better, so my doctor decided to induce labor on July 10, 2013.  36 hours later, on July 11, 2013 at 8:21 PM, Scarlett Elise finally made her appearance!
