Somewhere in the middle of winter, I decided to grow my hair out again for Locks of Love. I think I'm almost there! Well, I have about 3 or 4 inches left before I'm at the minimum of 10 inches to donate. But I'm guessing by around Christmas or maybe Valentines Day I will be able to chop it off. My hair grows unnaturally fast.
So since I straightened my hair today, I will show you my progress.

But if I do that, it defeats the purpose of growing it out for Locks of Love. So I will just have to wait until next time I grow it out :-)
I really can't wait until the day when I can get it cut! I tend to get bored with my hair and I want long hair when it's short, and short hair when it's long. Sarah is getting hers cut with me, and we are both going to donate ours. I'm really hoping that mine will be long enough by Christmastime! Sarah's is pretty much long enough now, so she is being nice and patient for me so we can do it together!
I shut my hair in the car door on Friday at the post office, so that is a good sign that it is getting nice and long. Ha!

Mine just got to 10 inches and I'll be donating mine for the first time in October!! Yours looks so cute short and long!

I have wanted to donate my hair to locks of love forever but I have fine hair and have a hard time growing it long. Well it is currently pretty long and I want to try my hardest to keep going! It is an awesome cause :)
ReplyDeleteWow, your hair grows fast! I tried to grow my hair out for about a year and a half once, and it only just got past my shoulders. Thank I got impatient and cut it again! I'm not good at growing my hair out.
