It's Okay
...to scroll through weekly pregnancy- and/or monthly baby-update blog posts and not read any of them, but just look at the cute baby bump and baby pictures. They all start sounding the same after you've read a bajillion of them.
...to realize that I can't wait for this year of undergrad classes to be over, and to feel like I will be much more able to relate to other grad students next year because they won't all be 6 or 7 years younger than me. Assuming I get into grad school, that is.
...to hate the taste of coffee, but to drink it anyway because I simply cannot get through the day without it anymore.
...to wish there was a filter on Pinterest that would block all the pregnancy-related pins my friends post. Because they just make me a little bit sad.
...to realize I need to stop buying Yankee Candles and start buying cheap ones from Walmart. Because I love them so much, they're burned down to nothing in a couple of weeks anyway.
...to be so proud of myself for finally making a menu plan for the week, I actually took a picture of it.
...to spell "potato" wrong on the prominently displayed chalkboard menu. Oops.
...to realize I'm delusional, as I have always thought of myself as a good speller :-P
...to actually enjoy days that look like this:
...because they are perfect for couch-snuggling, giant hoodie-wearing, hot beverage-sipping, soup-eating, and movie-watching.
Happy Thursday!
